Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Ryota began his career at Bloomberg L.P., supporting data and SaaS solutions for Japanese and international financial institutions.

He later co-founded Monolith Holdings, a family office serving Japan’s high-net-worth individuals as well as global UHNWI families. As CEO, he led the firm across asset management, M&A advisory, consulting, foundation governance, and cross-border investment — building an integrated practice for principals operating between Japan and the world.

From December 2025, he spun out the firm’s global business division to establish 92BOND.
